I have heard that the USMC offers prospective pilots a guaranteed flight slot after completing PLC. However, I did not find any information on whether the same guarantee is offered for doing NROTC in college and going to OCS. So can a person go to NROTC, complete OCS, and get a guaranteed pilot slot? Or is that just for people who have completed PLC?
